Yes, OD Critical provides solutions for any transit window including shipments needing to be picked up and delivered on the same day, weekend operation, or after-hours delivery. 

OD Critical solutions are available throughout the continental United States as well as cross-border shipments between Canada and the United States. 

Yes, OD Critical offers a range of temperature-controlled solutions to protect freight from freezing, maintain specific temperature ranges, or keep commodities frozen. Our integrated cold-chain processes cover warehousing, handoffs, and last-mile delivery to prevent temperature excursions and protect high-value goods like pharmaceuticals and fresh food. 

Standard OD cargo liability applies to all shipments booked with OD Critical, but Additional Cargo Liability is also available if requested in the rate estimate and noted on the Bill of Lading. Higher cargo coverage limits may be available upon approval. For more specific details on liability and prohibited commodities, please refer to OD Rules Tariff 667. 

OD Critical provides access to enhanced security through features like real-time GPS tracking, environmental monitoring with door sensors and geo-fencing, and photo verification to help ensure full visibility of your shipment. We also provide access to physical protection measures such as dual drivers and secured overnight parking with live-video monitoring to safeguard high-value and sensitive goods in transit. 

All OD Critical solutions provide access to equipment that is DOT-compliant and uses either Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) or a Driver App for real-time tracking and security. These technologies provide continuous, tamper-resistant location monitoring and identity verification to help ensure your shipment is secure and fully visible from pickup to delivery.
